And let's not forget the Spooky Movie: The Washington, D.C. International Horror Film Festival where Dead Creek is now slated to appear during the October 21st and 25th festivities. The screening of Dead Creek will take place SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25 at the CINEMA ARTS THEATRE in the 5:45 pm short film program.

Directed by Mike Turner (Primevil), Dead Creek tells the story of two sisters, Jess (Kerrin Jeromin) and Erin (Taryn Hough); having spent the day hiking through the back woods and taking photos; they soon realize that they must get back to civilization by sun-down. Forced to cross a muddy marsh, they will come face to face with the terrible tragedy that took place there so many years ago. As dusk approaches, they are haunted by ghosts of their past and the evil that lurks along the muddy banks of Dead Creek.
