An American family struggling to adjust to a new stepmother exploring their family roots get lost in the rural Irish countryside. They stumble upon an old village hidden deep in the woods, but its inhabitants do not like interference from outsiders. The family quickly learns that these townies are guarding a dark and deadly secret, and will protect it at any cost.
In this forgotten village, the parents are deviant, and deformed “plague children” are homicidal.
