Rochester, NY.
Megan Price (Eliza Dushku) is a driven police investigator whose commitment to the job borders on obsession. The only other aspect of her life that receives any attention is her significant other Kenneth Shine (Cary Elwes), who just so happens to be a lieutenant with the RPD (and jockeying for the same promotion as Meg). They're currently working on their worst case yet, the murder/rape of a 10-year old girl named Carla Castillo. She becomes so caught up in her work that she begins to have hallucinations and visions that haunt her regularly.
While Megan suffers threats to her position and relationship, another young girl is abducted, raped and murdered in a neighboring town, and Megan knows that the case is in danger of going cold with few leads, no suspects, and a serial killer on the loose.
Can she catch him in time? Or will the 'Alphabet Killer' go free?
